The variety is late-maturing, with fruit ripening occurring in July. Fruits are medium or large in size, having a flat-round or broad-heart shape. At full maturity, they are colored dark red, almost black; light streaks are visible during the semi-mature stage.
The flesh is dark red, firm, juicy, with intensely staining juice and a sweet, spicy taste. The tree is vigorous, forming a broad crown 4 to 8 meters in height. The variety is self-sterile and requires pollinator varieties for fruit set.
The plant possesses regular and high yield; fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and industrial processing. Under unfavorable weather conditions and rain during the ripening period, the fruits are prone to cracking.
