Variety description

10 August 2026

Fruits of this group of varieties are characterized by a heart shape and firm, cartilaginous flesh, which ensures good transportability and suitability for processing. The trees are typically vigorous and can reach a height of 4 to 6 meters.

The ripening period for varieties in this group most often falls in June–July. The trees generally demonstrate vitality, however, many historical varieties are sensitive to late spring frosts.

The use of the fruits is universal: consumption in fresh form, use in baking, preserving, and the preparation of juices.
