The variety was obtained by pollinating the Severnaya variety with a mixture of sweet cherry pollen. The tree is fast-growing, medium-sized, and forms a medium-dense, broadly pyramidal crown. It enters into fruit-bearing in the fourth year after planting.
The variety is self-incompatible; to obtain a yield, pollinators such as Krasavitsa, Zhurba, or Narodnaya are required. Fruits have a mass of 4.5–6 g, a heart shape, dark red juicy flesh of medium density, and a sweet taste. The stone separates well; the fruit detachment from the peduncle is dry.
Intended primarily for fresh consumption, suitable for home processing. Possesses good resistance to diseases and winter hardiness, although the frost resistance of flower buds in the conditions of the middle zone should be taken into account.
