The tree of the Isired variety has medium-high vigor and a spreading canopy. The variety enters bearing early, starting from the fourth year of life, and forms the crop mainly on spur branches and mixed shoots. Flowering occurs early, almost simultaneously with the Burlat variety.
The fruits have a heart-flattened shape and a dark-red color. They are characterized by a large size, with 80% of the berries having a caliber of 30 mm or more. The flesh is of medium firmness, juicy, with a high sugar content reaching 20°Brix.
The variety is distinguished by uniform ripening, which allows for harvesting in a single pass. Ripe fruits maintain quality on the tree for 4–5 days after ripening. Burlat, Vera, and Grace Star are recommended as potential pollinators for this variety.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
