Landscape Bloom is a large deciduous tree with a height of 12 to 20 meters. The crown is pyramidal in shape, quite dense and compact, becoming wider over time. The leaves are oval, bright green, with serrated edges, changing color to yellow or orange-red in the autumn.

Flowering is abundant and occurs in April–May. The tree forms pure white semi-double flowers with a pleasant aroma. The fruits are small, about 1 cm, dark red, produced in small quantities, and are not intended for human consumption.

The variety has high winter hardiness, withstanding temperatures from -28.9 to -34.4 °C, and exhibits resistance to air pollution. The tree is not sufficiently wind-resistant and is recommended for planting in parks, along wide streets, and in industrial zones.
