Trees of this variety are vigorous, reaching a height of 2.5 to 6 meters depending on conditions and rootstock, and have a globose upright crown. The variety is self-fertile and is often used as a universal pollinator for other sweet cherry varieties.
Fruits are large, weighing 9–11 grams, with a round or slightly flattened shape. The skin is bright red or dark red, the flesh is firm and juicy. The crop matures late, 2–3 weeks after the Burlat variety.
The variety shows resistance to fruit cracking during precipitation, as well as to Coccomyces hiemalis and Clasterosporium carpophilum, however, it is susceptible to Monilinia. The produce is suitable for fresh consumption and various methods of processing.
