The tree of this variety is medium-sized, reaching a height of 3.5–4 meters. The crown is not dense, with a narrow or spherical shape. The variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness, withstanding frosts down to -30°C, as well as excellent drought tolerance and disease resistance.

Fruit ripening occurs in the middle or 20s of May. The fruits are heart-shaped and medium-sized, with a weight varying from 4–7 to 8–10 grams. The flesh is red, tender and juicy, possessing a sweet-and-sour taste. Transportability is medium, and the intended use is primarily table.

The variety is partially self-fertile. Recommended pollinators include the varieties «Мелитопольская ранняя», «Джерело» and «Ранняя Дуки».
