The tree of this variety is rustic, has a semi-upright crown shape, and a tendency to grow with a single trunk. The fruits have an elongated shape with a bulge on the ventral side; the skin is reddish on a yellowish background. The flesh is firm, cream-white in color, with colorless juice.
The variety is intended for fresh consumption and is also traditionally used for maceration in alcoholic beverages. The plants are well adapted to the growing conditions in the region, although the variety is currently rare.
