The Pokelca tree has medium vigor and a spreading crown shape. The fruits are medium-small in size and heart-shaped. The dark red skin of the fruits is quite thick, which ensures good storage of the harvest and prevents softening.
The fruit flesh is dark red in color, characterized by high juiciness and a firm consistency. The taste is sweet with a slight acidity. The stone is difficult to separate from the flesh. The variety is late-ripening; maturation occurs in late September to early October, depending on the altitude of the growing zone.
