The fruits of the variety are characterized as large and dark-colored. The variety belongs to the group of crisp cherries, which corresponds to the Bigarreau type, possessing firm, resilient flesh and suitability for transport.

The variety is self-sterile and requires the presence of pollinator varieties with suitable alleles to obtain a yield. The variety has undergone molecular genetic typing using SSR markers and S-allele determination.
