The tree is vigorous, reaching 5–6 meters in height. The crown becomes spreading with age, of medium density and well-foliated. Fruiting begins 4–6 years after planting.

The fruits are large, weighing from 6 to 9 g, broad-heart-shaped with a blunt apex. The skin, flesh, and juice are intensely dark red in color. The flesh is juicy and semi-cartilaginous.

The variety is capable of withstanding frosts down to -25°C...-28°C. It exhibits relative field resistance to fungal diseases, although the fruits are prone to cracking and rotting in rainy weather. To obtain a yield, pollinator varieties are required, such as «Ипуть», «Овстуженка» or «Бигарро Бурлат».
