The variety was obtained from open pollination of Kavkazskaya rozovaya. The tree is characterized by high growth, reaching 5–6 meters, and forms a spreading dense crown. The variety possesses high winter hardiness, while its resistance to fungal diseases, such as Coccomyces hiemalis and Botrytis cinerea, is rated as average.
The fruits are large, weighing 8–10 g, have a wide-heart shape and dark-red, almost black skin. The flesh is juicy, semi-cartilaginous.
