The variety belongs to the very early ripening group, maturing 5–7 days earlier than the Burlat variety. The tree is characterized by strong growth, good branching, and a semi-upright or semi-spreading crown shape. The fruits have shiny skin, an average size of 25–28 mm, and an average weight of about 9 g. The flesh is red, moderately firm, and the taste is sweet.

Fruit resistance to cracking is rated as medium. The variety is self-incompatible; other varieties such as Van, Burlat, or Sweetheart are required for cross-pollination. Genetically, the variety was obtained through open pollination of the Fercer variety.
