The tree is vigorous, reaching 3–7 meters in height, with a dense spreading crown. Fruits are large, weighing 60–75 g, round-oval in shape. The skin is dark purple, almost black, covered with a thick waxy bloom. The flesh is yellow or yellow-green, juicy, with a sweet dessert taste and honey notes.
The variety is partially self-fertile and enters fruiting in the 2–4th year. Fruit ripening occurs in the second ten-day period of September. The plant possesses high frost resistance down to -34 °C and resistance to fungal diseases, however, it is demanding of regular watering due to low drought tolerance.
