The plant is medium-sized. The variety is characterized by high tolerance to cold climates and good resistance to diseases, although it shows susceptibility to Stigmina carpophila. Ripening periods vary: the yellow form ripens from mid to late July, while other forms ripen at the end of August.

Fruits of the yellow form are medium-sized, ellipsoidal in shape, with light green skin with a yellowish hue and amber-yellow firm flesh with a pleasant aroma. The red form is distinguished by elongated dark red fruits with sweet firm flesh and a pronounced aroma.

The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, making juices, jams, preserves, use in confectionery, and drying. The variety belongs to the category of traditional Italian varieties, the characteristics of which may vary depending on the specific clone.
