The variety is a hybrid whose tree reaches 8–10 meters in height with a crown width of 4–6 meters. The fruit ripening period occurs in August and September. The skin color of the fruits is greenish-yellow, and the flesh separates easily from the pit.
The plant possesses winter hardiness. To ensure yield, cross-pollination is recommended; the variety Bühler Frühzwetschke is often used as a pollinator. The fruits are consumed fresh and used for culinary processing; the tree is also a honey plant during the flowering period from March to April.
