The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, high yield, and an upright, spreading crown shape. The variety is self-fertile and possesses resistance to silver leaf disease.
Fruits are large, round in shape, and covered with blue-black skin with a distinct waxy coating. The flesh is greenish in color, firm, has an aromatic taste, and easily separates from the pit. Harvesting usually takes place in early to mid-September.
The variety is traditionally used as a culinary one for preparing various dishes and preservation, while the fruits are also suitable for fresh consumption.
