The tree is vigorous with an upright crown type; it enters the bearing stage slowly. The variety is self-fertile and distinguished by the resistance of its flowers to spring frosts, which allows it to be grown in mountain regions.
The fruits are small or medium-sized, round, and slightly flattened in shape. The skin is light green or yellow-green with a bloom and a possible blush. The flesh is golden-yellow, sweet, aromatic, with a stone that separates easily. The variety has low susceptibility to Monilinia.
Fruit ripening occurs at the end of July or the beginning of August. The variety is a subject of genetic research on European plum crops.
