The tree is vigorous, with a wide spreading crown of medium density, featuring sprawling branches and shoots with long internodes. The bark of the shoots is matte yellowish-brown.

The fruits are large, weighing 30–45 g, round or conical in shape. The skin is dark blue, thin, with a thick waxy bloom and small light-colored dots. The flesh is tender, greenish-yellow, juicy, and the stone separates well from the flesh.

The variety is for general use; fruits are consumed fresh and used for culinary processing. Trees prefer moderately moist garden soils; branches are prone to splitting when overloaded with a crop, and susceptibility to fungal diseases is noted.
