The variety was obtained by crossing La Crescent and Jefferson varieties. The tree forms a spreading, slightly drooping crown. Fruit ripening time occurs approximately one week after the Victoria variety.
Fruits have an oblong-oval shape and a mass of 30 to 60 g. The skin is purple with a waxy bloom. The flesh is yellow-green, firm and juicy, and the stone separates well.
The variety is self-fertile and demonstrates high resistance to frosts and typical plum diseases. The fruits are suitable for use in commercial and amateur gardening.
