The tree is moderately vigorous, reaching a height of 3 to 5 meters. The crown is loose, sometimes irregular or slightly conical in shape with drooping lower branches. The variety is considered self-fertile and has good winter hardiness, withstanding temperatures down to -30°C.

The fruits are large, weighing 45–50 g, oval in shape with a visible suture. The skin is thin, dark blue in color with a heavy waxy bloom. The flesh is golden-yellow, juicy and sweet; the stone separates well. The variety shows moderate resistance to diseases and is sensitive to sharka.

The fruits ripen in September and October. The variety is universal and suitable for fresh consumption, drying, freezing, as well as for making fruit butter, jams, and compotes.
