The variety belongs to the Prunus dulcis var. fragilis type. An adult plant reaches a height of 3–5 meters and is characterized by upright growth. Flowering occurs in March–April with white flowers; the fruit ripens in September–October.
The variety is self-fertile, but a pollinator tree is recommended to increase yield. The fruit belongs to the "brittle" almond type, which is easily cracked. The plant prefers sunny locations protected from the wind and is capable of adapting to northern climatic conditions.
