The variety is a local landrace from Spain. Fruiting occurs on annual shoots and spurs, and the variety possesses self-incompatibility.

The fruit kernels are distinguished by their small size with an average weight of about 1.2 g and a round shape. The surface of the kernel is wrinkled, the color is of a medium shade, and the presence of double kernels is possible.
