The variety is self-incompatible and requires planting near compatible pollinator varieties, for example, «Ferragnès». The tree is medium-sized, enters fruit-bearing relatively early, and is prone to alternate bearing. Flowering begins in mid-March, which allows it to avoid spring frosts, with fruit ripening occurring at the end of September.

The fruits have a mass of about 3.3 g, and the kernel yield is 26–40%. The shell is hard, and the kernels are large and sweet. The tree withstands temperatures as low as -25 °C and has high resistance to moniliosis, while exhibiting susceptibility to leaf curl, aphids, and fruit rot.
