Tree of moderate growth vigor with an open, highly branched crown. The variety belongs to the late-flowering group, which allows it to avoid the effects of spring frosts. Harvesting usually takes place in the second week of September.
Fruits are medium to large in size with a hard shell. Kernel yield ranges from 26 to 40 percent, the proportion of double kernels is minimal and accounts for about 1 percent. The variety is prone to alternate bearing and requires the presence of pollinators to ensure high yields; it is often used as a pollinator itself.
The variety possesses good cold resistance and tolerance to fungal diseases, however, it may be subject to infestation by specific pests and diseases under unfavorable growing conditions.
