The variety was created in 1990 at the INRA research center in Angers. The fruits are harvested from late September to mid-October. The fruits possess good keeping quality and can be stored in cold storage facilities until March–April.

The appearance of the fruits is characterized as grayish and bumpy. The variety has a dessert purpose.
