EST. PRODUCTIVO DE DANILO CHRISTEN
10 August 2026
Trees of the CARAVELLO variety have high vigor and an open, upright crown habit. The leaves of the plant are five-lobed.
The variety is a summer-autumn type: harvesting begins from the third ten-day period of August; the fruiting period can be extended until November with special pruning. The fruits are characterized by juiciness, sweetness, and a pronounced aroma.
The harvest is suitable for fresh consumption and for various types of processing, including the preparation of jams and distillates. The fruits are capable of maintaining their consumer qualities when stored in a refrigerator for several months or for up to 3–4 weeks at room temperature.
