Variety description

Fruits of the variety have a mass of about 93 g, obovate or conical shape. The fruit skin is yellow with a brownish-red blush. The flesh is pale yellow, juicy, sweet, and aromatic.

Trees are characterized as healthy and very productive, possessing a tendency for branches to droop when grown in standard form. The variety is successfully compatible with quince rootstock and tolerates late spring frosts better than others. Fruits ripen in October-November.

In the past, in cold regions, the variety required growing on a trellis, whereas in southern conditions, the tree successfully grew in a free-standing form. Currently, the variety is preserved in genetic resource collections as a historical one.
