CH 201
ActivePyrus communis L. · European pear
EST. PRODUCTIVO DE DANILO CHRISTEN
10 August 2026
The tree is vigorous at a young age, later growth slows down. The crown forms in the shape of a sphere or a pyramid. The variety enters fruiting relatively late, however, provided that ovaries are thinned, it ensures regular and abundant yields.
Fruits are large, weighing up to 250 g, and have a conical or classic pear-shaped form. The skin is smooth, colored green-yellow. The flesh is cream-white, tender, juicy, and sweet in taste.
Harvesting is carried out in mid-October, consumer maturity occurs in January-February, and fruits can be stored until March. The variety exhibits high resistance to scab and rust. For cross-pollination, the varieties Alfa, Laura, Červencová, and Grosdemange are recommended.
