The tree is vigorous, hardy, with a characteristic “willow-like” branch shape. The variety enters the bearing period early and provides regular yields. Flower buds are capable of withstanding temperature drops down to –34°C.

Fruits are medium to large in size, pear-shaped, and ripen in September. The skin is yellow-green, often covered with slight russeting. The flesh is fine-grained, very juicy, and tender. The variety is moderately resistant to fire blight and is suitable for use as a pollinator for other varieties.
