The tree is characterized by medium vigor and a vertically directed crown, growing successfully on quince and wild pear rootstocks. The medium-sized fruits have a globular shape, slightly tapering towards the peduncle, with a characteristic bump at the base.

The skin of the fruit is greenish, becoming straw-yellow upon ripening. The flesh is white-yellow, juicy and fine-grained, with a spicy flavor and a slight tartness. The variety matures at the end of summer to early September.

The plant is relatively resistant to winter cold, poorly tolerant of drought, and weakly affected by scab. The variety has good pollination capacity and high productivity.
