The variety is the result of crossing Haydeea and the Chinese pear Tse Li. The tree has medium or low growth vigor and a semi-upright crown shape; it is well compatible with quince rootstocks when using an interstock.

Fruits weighing 115–120 g have yellow-green skin and a pyriform, slightly asymmetrical shape. The white juicy flesh is characterized by a firm texture and a high content of dry matter and polyphenols. Harvesting is carried out at the end of October; the fruits are capable of being stored until February–April.

The variety possesses resistance to fire blight Erwinia amylovora, scab Venturia pirina, and pear psylla Psylla sp.
