The variety is the result of breeding work at the Institute of Agriculture in the city of Kyustendil. The tree is medium-sized, precocious, with regular yields and late flowering. The variety possesses resistance to late spring frosts, extreme heat, and low air humidity during the summer period.

The fruits are large, slightly asymmetrical, covered with a thick yellow-greenish skin. The flesh is whitish, dense, with a sweet-sour taste. The variety is practically resistant to scab and shows low sensitivity to fire blight.

The fruits ripen at the end of October and are suitable for storage until February.
