The variety is a spontaneous mutation of the Doyenne du Comice pear. The plant forms a pyramidal crown. Fruits are characterized by medium length, large diameter, and fine-grained, soft, and juicy flesh. In terms of taste, the variety is similar to the parent variety.
The skin of the fruits is colored with a yellow-green ground color with a dark red blush and areas of russeting, especially around the stalk and the calyx. The variety is intended for fresh consumption.
