The variety is a summer type; harvesting begins in the second half of August. The medium-sized fruits, weighing about 130 g, have an oval-pyriform shape and smooth, thin skin ranging from light green to yellow. A specific feature is the presence of brownish russeting around the stalk, where sugars accumulate.
The fruit flesh is white, juicy, and sweet, with a firm, crunchy texture that softens during storage. The variety is characterized by excellent keeping quality in cold storage. The plant is highly sensitive to scab and leaf spot, and moderately sensitive to fire blight.
The variety is versatile in use: it is consumed fresh and used in cooking and processing. Cultivation of the variety outside the specific microclimate of the Oeste region is difficult due to the loss of its unique flavor qualities.
