The fruits of the variety have yellow skin with a crimson blush on the sunny side. The flesh is distinguished by its juiciness and melting consistency; the taste is characterized as a pleasant sweet-and-sour. The fruits are intended for fresh consumption.
The tree has a healthy and hardy character, exhibiting moderate growth vigor. The variety is not precocious, but upon reaching maturity, it provides a good yield. The flowering time coincides with the Packham’s Triumph variety, which allows them to be used for cross-pollination.
