Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree is of moderate vigor with a pyramidal, slightly spreading crown. When grown on quince rootstock, it requires the use of an intermediate interstock due to incompatibility. The variety requires cross-pollination; the best partners are the Conference, Williams, and Doctor Jules Guyot varieties.

Fruits are of medium size, weighing 140–180 g, and have a blunt-conical or rounded-conical shape. The skin is yellowish in color with brownish russet spots. The white or cream flesh is characterized by oiliness, tenderness, and a sweet taste with a spicy or lemony note.

Harvesting is usually carried out in mid-to-late September, with consumer ripeness occurring in October. The fruits do not store well, for up to 2–4 weeks. The variety is intended for fresh consumption and is poorly suited for industrial processing due to its soft consistency.
