The variety is an early autumn type; the fruits ripen in early September. The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and a sturdy structure with strong branches. The variety is recommended for growing zones I–II in Finland, which indicates moderate winter hardiness. It requires cross-pollination to ensure a stable yield, although it is considered partially self-fertile.

The fruits are small to medium-sized, covered with a fairly thick yellow-green skin with a reddish-brown or reddish blush on the sunny side. The flesh is juicy, with a dense or "soft-coarse" texture, sweet and aromatic. The variety possesses fairly high resistance to scab.
