The root vegetables have a snow-white color, a length of 30 to 60 cm, and a diameter of 7–10 cm. Upon maturity, from one-quarter to three-quarters of the root vegetable protrudes above the soil surface.
The variety possesses heat tolerance and resistance to soft rot and bolting. Plants are well-adapted to summer sowing in the second half of July to obtain an autumn harvest.
Intended for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and short-term storage.
