The variety is traditional for European gardening. Maturity periods vary from early to mid-early (25–45 days) depending on growing conditions and climatic zone.
The roots have smooth skin and a diameter of up to 5–8 cm. The flesh is white, has a sweetish taste with possible slight pungency. With sufficient irrigation, the roots are uniform and do not form hollows; with a moisture deficit, bitterness may occur.
The plant is resistant to light frosts and bolting. Suitable for cultivation in open field and greenhouses.
