Variety description

The plant is a compact, dense shrub 75–90 cm tall and 90–120 cm wide. The flowers are large, semi-double, and lavender-purple in hue.

The variety is remontant: it blooms profusely in spring, resumes flowering after a break in late summer, and continues until frost. Cold hardiness corresponds to USDA zones 6b–9. The plant exhibits resistance to damage by the azalea lace bug and is easily propagated by cuttings.
