Early-maturing variety, fruits ripen in the first ten days of July. Bush of medium vigor with flexible shoots; crown shape changes from upright in young plants to spreading and loose in mature ones.
Berries are large, black, and glossy; they are characterized by firmness and uniform ripening in the cluster, and are not prone to shedding before harvest. The flesh has a sweet-wine taste with a very faint aroma; processing properties are rated as average.
The plant has high winter hardiness and resistance to American powdery mildew, but can be affected by white pine blister rust. The variety is suitable for commercial cultivation using mechanized harvesting.
