The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Wellington XXX and Lepaan musta. The bush is upright and characterized by abundant shoot formation. The berry ripening period coincides with the ripening time of the variety Öjebyn.

The plant possesses high winter hardiness and resistance to powdery mildew, however, it is susceptible to Septoria leaf spot. The fruits have a sweet taste and are characterized by an increased content of plant polyphenols of the proanthocyanidin group.
