Variety description

The variety was obtained by crossing Monalisa and Hudson varieties. The plant is of intermediate type, semi-upright, medium height, with large dark green leaves and red-violet flowers. Tubers have an oval shape, smooth yellow skin and light yellow flesh, with medium-depth eyes.
The variety is immune to potato wart (race 1) and resistant to golden potato cyst nematode. It shows resistance to potato leafroll virus, PVY, common scab, tuber late blight and mechanical damage, while being moderately susceptible to foliage late blight.
Culinary type AB with a starch content of 10.0–13.0%. Tubers do not darken after boiling and maintain their shape well; they are suitable for frying, boiling and baking. The variety possesses a long dormancy period and high yield potential, prone to forming very large tubers.
