The variety forms round tubers with yellow skin, shallow eyes, and light yellow flesh. One plant develops from 14 to 17 tubers of medium and large size. The plant possesses vigorous haulm and demonstrates medium to high yield.
The produce is characterized by a high dry matter content of 23 to 25% with a consistently low sugar level, which ensures excellent frying quality that persists until spring. The variety has a long dormancy period and belongs to culinary type BC.
The plant possesses broad resistance to diseases, including potato cyst nematode, potato wart, and common scab, as well as moderate resistance to late blight of haulm and tubers. Falcon shows good tolerance to dry and hot growing conditions.
