The hybrid is intended for the production of green mass, hay, silage, and livestock grazing. It is characterized by its ability to rapidly regrow after mowing and by its tolerance to drought conditions.

The quality of the obtained produce directly depends on the plant's stage of development at the time of harvest: as it matures, digestibility and nutrient content in the mass decrease. In agronomic studies, the hybrid was examined in the context of the influence of seeding density and harvest timing on total yield, as well as susceptibility to Helminthosporium blight.
