Variety description

The plant forms a dense crown of broad-conical or pyramidal shape with densely arranged shoots. By the age of 10, it reaches a height of 80–90 cm, while an adult plant grows to 1.5–2.5 m with a diameter of 1–1.2 m.

The scale-like needles have a golden-yellow color, which becomes pale green in the shade and can acquire a bronze hue in the autumn-winter period. The variety is resistant to spring sunburn, diseases, and urban conditions.

Frost resistance corresponds to zone 4 (down to –34 °C). Due to its compact structure, the variety is suitable for single and group plantings, creating hedges, borders, as well as for container cultivation and rock garden design.
