The plant is of medium height and is awned. The grain has a reddish hue. The variety shows moderate resistance to Septoria, powdery mildew, and brown rust, but susceptibility to Fusarium head blight has been noted.

The variety is suitable for organic and conventional farming. The grain is used in the food industry for the production of flour and bakery products.
