The variety is a winter spelt. Plants reach an average height of 124 cm and mature 4 days earlier than a number of other spelt varieties. The variety possesses good soil coverage capability, resistance to pre-harvest sprouting, and a high test weight.
Resistance to powdery mildew and brown rust is rated as good, to Fusarium head blight as medium, and to yellow rust as weak. During harvesting, the spikelets have a tendency to separate easily, which requires monitoring during combine settings.
Crude protein content is approximately 13.7%. Technological properties include high water absorption capacity (67%), a sedimentation value of 51 ml, and stable dough, ensuring high baking characteristics.
