The Viso variety is the result of breeding aimed at adapting spelt to modern agrotechnological requirements. Its creation involved hybridization with semi-dwarf soft wheat varieties, which allowed for reduced plant height and increased resistance to lodging, facilitating mechanized harvesting.

The plant is distinguished by high productivity and reliability in field conditions. The grain is characterized by a high content of protein, fiber, and mineral substances, including manganese, phosphorus, selenium, and magnesium.

Flour from the Viso variety has a characteristic sweetish taste with nutty notes. It is suitable for use in baking and confectionery production, meeting modern market standards.
